Our products are meticulously formulated to adhere to stringent industry standards. Designed for both efficacy and safety, they are suitable for use in and around the home. Our products should not be ingested. Should you encounter any adverse reactions, we advise discontinuing use and seeking guidance from a medical professional.

We prioritize sustainability in our packaging. While the majority of our packaging is recyclable, please note that our pumps and trigger sprayers are exceptions. Our bottles are crafted from post-consumer recycled PET plastic and can be recycled. Our paper packaging is also sourced from post-consumer recycled material, making it compatible with most recycling programs.
Most orders are shipped within 2-3 days from being placed. Orders made after 12 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) initiate processing on the next business day. Once processed, delivery times vary depending on your chosen shipping option. You will receive an email with tracking details once your package departs from our shipping center.

We accept returns if your item arrives damaged or defective, or if your product is unused and doesn’t meet your expectations.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email hello@onprestonlane.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll take care of a replacement right away.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment.
At this time, we are unable to include gift receipts or gift notes within packages. If your order is intended as a gift, please ensure to include the recipient's address as the shipping address. Rest assured, we do not include prices on receipts inside the package.
If you suspect your order is lost, email us at hello@onprestonlane.com. Sometimes, packages are shown as delivered a day early. Please wait 48 hours post-delivery confirmation to contact us.
Currently, we only ship within the US. However, we're eager to broaden our horizons in the future and explore international shipping options. Stay tuned for updates!
